Loveless Porter worked with the Kiddie Academy Woodbridge-North to design a 9,940-square-foot childcare center that could accommodate age-specific learning for students ranging from infancy through age 12. Daycare and preschool projects call for flexible spaces that can be rearranged to allow for various activities, along with meeting the additional safety requirements that jurisdictions have in place for businesses that serve children. Since the project site was zoned for residential use, we offered our guidance during the rezoning process with Prince William County.
