Loveless Porter Architects, LLC is proud to be named the “2018/2019 Global Business Insight Award for Ecological Landscape Architecture Firm of the Year.”

While our primary focus is on building design and construction contract administration, we can also work with clients to extend our design philosophies to the surrounding landscape when called upon. It is an honor to have a spotlight shown on this segment of our work. “The living landscape not only fulfills our need for recreation and beauty, but also provides us with ecosystem services as cleaner air and water, healthy natural food, filtering of pollution and decomposition of waste,” said Loveless Porter owner Sean Porter.

He noted that Ecological Landscaping–with its use of native plantings and appropriate materials, combined with a strong regard for site and ecology in order to create sustainable places–in many ways mirrors the overall design philosophy at Loveless Porter, which is known for its work in repurposing historic buildings as well as its sustainability practices as a LEED-certified architectural firm.
