Sean M. Porter

R.A., NCARB, LEED AP

Sean was an associate partner in a small firm prior to joining the firm in 2003. Sean became a managing partner in 2007. Sean became the sole owner of Loveless Porter Architects in 2012. Sean is responsible for project management including space planning, design development, construction documents, code research, and construction administration.  Sean has a strong understanding of the building codes and local jurisdictions.  He has had to be creative when interpreting the codes as it applies to older buildings designed under “legacy” codes.

Patrick (Pat) Haggerty

R.A., NCARB

Pat Haggerty, R.A., NCARB, joined Loveless Porter Architects in May 2015.  Pat is responsible for project management including design development, construction documents, code research, and construction administration.  Prior to joining LPA, Pat worked for twelve years for an architectural firm in Washington, D.C.  Pat has strengths in religious design and specific details.

Daniel (Dan) Bellotte

AIA

Daniel L. Bellotte has been with Loveless Porter Architects since 1993 and has over 25 years of architectural experience, including historical renovations of the Old Post Office, U.S. Capitol, Library of Congress, and the Auditors Building in Washington, D.C.  He also has 15 years extensive experience I architectural woodwork design and detailing.
